Im re-doing my CV to be more inline with UK standards and suck at writing personal statements, hows this sound?

As a experienced Practice Manager of a Medical & Dental Practice my out of the box thinking and drive for excellence could potentially prove invaluable to your practice in the long run. My years of experience in different positions within the Medical Administration industry has also gifted me with the ability to better relate to my staff, having often held a similar position, as well as better understand how the different departments can better contribute to the continual growth and success of the Practice.

My years of experience in different positions within medical administration has also equipped me with the ability to better relate to my staff, as well as gain a better understanding of how different departments contribute to the continual growth and success of the Practice.

That sucks man. Hope you feel better soon.

Keep the first week in July open. There is a decent chance me and Red will be having a 5 or so hour stop over in JHB on our way out. At the moment we are looking at the 8th but it might be before then.
