On default video settings @ 1920 x 1200 with 2 x AA etc it was a bit sluggish for my liking so I set it to no AA and tweaked a few other settings and it ran great. This was on a 8800GT and C2DE8200 + 4GB RAM.
Bandwidth I have no idea, luckily I don't have to worry about that anymore.
