I drive to Umtata on Friday for an urgent meeting of some sort. We'd just completed a project's designs, drawings, tender documents, specifications, EVERYTHING. All the contractors are already giving in pricing etc.

Only to find out on Friday the fsckers don't want the design anymore, they've changed their minds and want to use it for something else now.

Oh ... and they want the new design in by the middle of January.

In other news,

I bought an HDMI cable for my xbox/lcd tv and when i tried it out yesterday it picks it up as a DVI connection.

Oddly enough when I reconnected the xbox rca cables in hdtv mode, it allows me to play 1080p, not just 720p like before.

I did get NFS: Most Wanted for X360...hopefully I can finish it now.

Lol Yeah. In AC1 there is little motivation for all the side flag capturing or whatever. AcII's side missions are alot more interesting and rewarding.

Yeah i rushed through coz of the review, im dropping off the grid on thursday and needed it in before then. Well there is a shit load of collectibles and like most games with a heavy emphasis on story its always fun to replay it in a year or so just to recap the story again. I still got like 4 puzzles to solve, 70 odd feathers to collect and a whole host of side missions to complete. There is also a big chunk of Venice i still need to explore.

Flip, I need to play more AC1. I got to Damascus and never bothered playing further. Then again, I have tons of games I haven't finished yet:

Farcry2
The witcher

(and only played about 30mins of Dragon Age so far. )

Brutal Legend is going to, if u play it 4 or so hours a day, last u maybe a week. But yest the break in Assassin theme game play will probably be a good thing.
