Morning all!

I've had so much free time lately that I've started running again. Did a 7km last night and doing a time trial tonight. Actually surprised I'm getting back into it so quick! I think thinking back to all the yummeh things I ate in December has been my motivation :o

That and the fact that a guy I like has asked me to run a 15km with him... /Mumble mumble

Im hoping to break my record I did back in school when I ran 10km in 29min37seconds hopefully by end of next month :D

Crumbs dude that's gunning it! Almost 20km/h for 1.5x the duration of a family guy episode! IF I do 10km/h for 30mins I feel like dying. Then again I need to beat my 1.6km swim time of 35mins this year. :o

I weigh 20kgs more now than I did when I was at school when I was still doing pole-vaulting. There ain't no way in hell I'm getting THAT level of fitness back.

Although this month I've lined up for a beach marathon, a river mile, a 50km cycle race and topping it off with a triathlon at the end. When I did so last year I dropped 10kgs in 6 weeks.

Im being dead serious... I hold the record at boarding school... after months of training and practice I kept pushing for the my minutes to change and eventually I beat the last guy who got 30min45sec or something like that :D

I did no such thing so u shutup lol.... i wish i could still run like i used to back then :o

Yeah dude, I was chatting to my lady about that the other day. We can't expect to be in the same shape or as fit as we were in highschool. You don't realize it, but back then we did heavy training for 2 hours, 3 days a week ... and then competed the entire day every Saturday.

Try doing that now for more than 1 week and you'll be poked! (And not in the good way :D)
