Jeez bru the whole procedure of going through the hearing is a long process heyi was bored after 10min of hearing everything for the hundredth time
I've been witness at a hearing against my will... Most hectic thing ever considering the girl who was given the warning was my mate :/ But she lost the company SO much money so she kinda deserved it. But yeah it is a boring procedure, especially the fact that it's so ridiculously formal

The problem is when they just dont take it seriously. I have a staff member who gets away with murder coz she's been here for pretty long and she knows the Doctors need her. People just dont take pride in their work anymore.

Yeah they don't take it seriously, until they're sitting in a final hearing and the shit just got real. Then the attitude changes. But yeah, luckily I don't have to go that route often.
