Yes I did,how I tested it was with Speed Test,even when I downloaded it my computer went exactly the same speed,my
local and my international is going at the same speed

I don't see a problem...thats pretty typical 4mb line speeds

Rule of thumb when it comes to online FPS, 384kb lines work fine for joining, and 4mb lines work fine for hosting

You shouldn't have a problem ingame
