Not to mention that if companies do not live up to BEE and all that they cannot get government benefits and if they dont get their suppliers to a certain level and all that then they do not get certain government benefits...

Companies work on BEE Levels the company i work for now is at level 4 out of i think 7 at the moment... Level 7 is where the company becomes an 80% non-white company...

The government is slowly reversing everything around to the way things happened back in the apartheid era and people may say no its not gonna happen... sorry its already begun...



Mandela was an intelligent man who knew what he was doing and he successfully ruled this country... Malema and Zuma on the other hand are 2 people who should not be allowed to take seats in Parliament...

Lets look at it this way... EVERY MONTH for the past year people have been striking... The people on the ANCYL destroy public toilets because they want them to be wide open for everyone to see you take a dump... that is just barbaric...

The stupid people burning trains which not only means their demands are not going to be met but it means people are going to have to be let go because they need money to fix the fscking thing now...

People striking in the middle of town and trashing vehicles and stopping people from getting to work on the middle of a Highway (SAP vs METRO) Civil servants are also barbaric shooting at each other... and also putting peoples lives in danger because they didnt get their wage increase...

You see no problem with giving people jobs who have no training to do the jobs?

Yeah apartheid = bad we get it. Only thing is the people who are getting punished now we're under 10 when this was happening. All this is doing is propagating the hate both races felt for each other. Back in the apartheid black parents thought their kids to hate the white man and the white man thought his kids how useless the blacks are. Now its exactly in reverse. White people are teaching their kids to hate black people and the black parents are teaching their kids the whites just want to take what its theirs.
