I called them up a few times, but it was becoming more painful to try get it cancelled and refunded (used credit card) so just left it.
still nothing, going on the 2.5 hours mark. over an hour ago said they were on the way.

oh and no freebies, I tried scoring the meal for free, they refused, not even a discount, nothing.


and I didn't scream at them, I don't have it in me to scream at people and sound all bitchy.
