Demons souls is cool, just wish I didn't suck at it so much :D

I am sticking with the Witcher, I heard a lot of people say they weren't really wowed by it in the beginning but after a few hours they loved it.
It just takes a serious amount of hours to get into. But once you do it really does get amazing. Just wish it could come out on console because my PC conked twenty hours in :(

After KOTOR it's the best damn RPG I've ever played. No good/evil sides. You pretty much just reap what you sew while finding a means to an end.

You HAVE to patch it though, unless you enjoy waiting 2mins to exit a door.

Demon's Souls is brilliant and you just have to put away the GOWIII mind set and be more cautious.

I heard the same thing about the Witcher but the stupid sex bits are really annoying me.

Absolutely. You can't compare Demons Souls to anything, its totally unique.

Well I have managed to get to those Dragons and then I die. Also those dam rolling balls have killed me a few times just before the dragons. That oke on the bridge has also taken me out a few times. But I know how to kill him, let him chase you all the way through those catapults and he either falls down the stairs or you just attack him a few times. :)

Nice Voicy, I will definitely stick with it, I can see it has huge potential, I don't think I am even an hour in.

I got the enhanced edition off steam, not sure if that is patched.

Yeah but the red eyed knight ur not suppose to kill so early on anyways since most of his attacks can kill u in a single strike. I ignored the red eyed knight and the dragons. headed the opposite way and opened the main gate that led me to the phalanx which is the first demon u kill. The dragons and the false king you kill later when u have higher stats. Once you kill phalanx you can speak to the maiden in black back in the nexus and up you stats. Since im of the Wanderer class i have no starting magic or ranged abilities although i do now have a bow one enemy dropped. I also need to die in body form to change my world tendency to black so that the enemies i kill yield more souls. The strategy guide that came with the black phantom edition is invaluable. You should check out the wiki.

Yeh im gonna try via cable instead and see if that works i guess...

Did Wiz take good care of you though :D
offcourse he did. :D

so is the whole smiley petition working or is it falling on death ears?

Is it unreasonable of me to expect my new little slave girl to know how to use word and excel? Cause this chick never knows what im asking her to do or what im asking her to do..... *SIGH*

Ok well you clearly know a shit load more about the game than I do. :D

I didn't know you could skip the dragons, I need to find "the opposite way" you speak of.

Yeah I knew you can leave the red eyed knight, I was keen to kill him though. He is a bitch though.

Whatever you do, do NOT throw away the red gems you find. The blues are ok, but not great. With 3 reds you can forge a sword that compliments your specific battle-stance.

Also save your game a lot - and make sure you have enough "cats eyes" potion ingredients. Fighting in a dark cave without that potion sucks!

I love how the effectiveness of your combat relies on how you time your clicks. Also something a few people never realized is you have a silver sword for monsters and a steel one for humanoids.

I pulled the original "Die Wiedzmin" TV series which is in Polish but with subbies. It's actually pretty cool if you don't mind budget effects. It does a grand job of telling how Geralt became a witcher as well.

Thanks for the tips voicy, will definitely keep that in mind.

I got a strategy guide with my purchase. Which i glanced over last night before bed which was very enlightening. I saw the dragons and went "no fucking way i can deal with them now" and headed the other way.

Catch-up time.....

Hey Toxin :)

Omg Im in love with Sars efiling system! We finally convinced the boss it was a good idea to use it, so that I dont have to write cheques all the time and then drive down to sars to pay them.

Soooooooooo much bliss :D

Hey Wyvern, still need to do the whole efiling thing.

Morning Tox

Sup keeper-of-things-I-keep-forgetting-at-your-place-everytime-I-go-visit...... :p

Unfortunately I have not yet played Fahrenheit, missed it on Original Xbox and have been unsuccessful in my efforts to acquire it since then. I am yet to witness/interact with any adult content of a sexual nature in any game which does not feel... immature. I enjoy a nice pare of jugs as much as the next fellow but it much have... context not just plastered all over the show to draw in those of a virginic disposition.

Try looking for Indigo Prophecy. For some reason the game had different names depending on the country you buy it in. It's on Steam for cheap if you don't mind downloading it.

so is the whole smiley petition working or is it falling on death ears?

Looks like.....

Can anyone connect with EA?

Just a fast check pretty pleaze :D

Where in EA?

That is great news, thought you had to kill them. Did you go in the direction of the dragons though? Did you go down that path where those boulders come from behind?

Yes you head towards the dragons but you dont leave the palisades, when the stairs head down towards the dragons there is another door through which you can head where u have to cross a bridge where one of the dragons fly over blowing fire. You can make those round balls roll down before you killing the enemies standing there. I've never been killed by them though....
