Yes indeed I did. I only get a new laptop at the end of the year so I'd rather use Ubuntu for now. I'm really sick of Vista.

Going to try duel boot for a while so that I can still still play games but I'm thinking of asking for the CDs.

Lol, enjoy. The screen is hanging on by one hinge and it's virus ridden. Had it for 4 years.... surprisingly though it runs Crysis on Medium at a decent resolution....

oh i see.... i thought it was strange that your new laptop came with Vista....

i have Vista on my laptop and its not that bad.... its just when i game on my laptop that its sucky other than that i dont mind Vista.
