All the more reason for you to go out and get full time employment. You'll even be able to help pay for creche, which your brother will benefit from immensely.

You can even get evening jobs as well to get yourself extra cash. When I was 21 I worked 8-5, 5-days a week and 5-3am 3 times a week to pay off my studies etc. At one period I had the day job and 2 night jobs at once.

The longer you put it off, the less likely you are to find a proper job - especially if they ask you what you've been doing the last X amount of months.

It's not a pleasant thing to hear, but it IS necessary.

If mornings aren't possible, start waitering etc. in the afternoons and evenings when your mom's home. Every bit helps. The fact that you're putting time and money into the band exclusively while your mom is the only breadwinner is a real concern.

Yeah it seems MW2 has paved the way for ludicrous pricing structure for PC games. Unfortunately I think other developers are going to catch on. :(

The pre order was R457, which I was still a bit put off by, R529.99 and I think would have had to put on my eye patch for this one :p

Ok so it's as I thought. They knew lots of people would buy it, so they priced it differently. I can deal with R450...but over R500 is a very important "fck that" threshold.
 
See that is why i wont buy the game. I refuse to pay so much and its not even the full game.

Meh as I thought the bitch cant piss me off anymore, she had decided not to tell me the electricity is almost finished. As I never go into the drafting room, I dont hear the thing beep telling me its almost finished. Thankfully I had to make some copies for the boss so I heard the beeps, checked it and we had 5 units left. . . SO mad dash to get more electricity . . .

Why cant this day just end

Well you can get it online for R450.

Musica are bound up the price, they normally are a bit more expensive.

Personally I don't paying for a quality game.

MW2 I have gotten HOURS of quality game play out of so I think the price tag was fair enough.
 
Yea she basically said screw you and did not come into work, she was supposed to finish/last day on friday. But the boss is now hounding her, she owes us either the 4 days work or the salary back.

Didn't have the patience or time or either of them, but you're right, it looks lekker - would never be able to get into it though.

Epic maybe but not worth that pricetag. Ill wait for the battlechest version which will propably have all 3 versions of SC2.
