OMG Magie vol, Ogies toe. Spar makes these filled pancakes, nice mince and cheese ones for R10. So good :D

Hehehe I have found gym is a good substitute for taking out frustrations. Im not allowed to gym anymore if im in a bad mood tho. Cos I over do it and turn to jelly when I get off the circuit :P

Hahahaha shame man! Yeah it's so much better to just tire yourself out and get a workout instead of collapsing in a heap and crying like a girl :o

I find I always get my best workout when I'm pissed off, anger can be useful at times :p
