I'm great thanks and you??? I ran the Spar 10km race on sunday without stretching, so my ass is a bit sore though And omg it's like 28 degrees in Durbs today... I can't believe it was cold last week!!!! Summer's here, we're going to struggle soon!

I'm in richardsbay at the moment, it's by far worse than any weather I have EVER experienced in Durbs
Luckily I'm going back to Durbs tomorrow, this heat is baaaad!

LOL yeah there was a lady with a black eye in our office and the first thing my mind jumped to was you should of listened to your husband
as for me i love the black eye its so funny to see how people react to it especially at first, now the people at my work think of it as normal
And of course im still doing MMA but i wont lie up until recently i was going lax on my training !

No ways seriously? I really struggle in Durbs' February degree heat, there's no way I'd cope in RB... I would not live w/o aircon, I sleep with it on throughout Feb... I can't imagine how expensive the electrical bill must be as a result
