U have insomnia, that sucks dude. While working nights at the hotel in the uk and then hanging out with my gf of the time my body clock would get some mixed up I didn't know when i was.

Eish ja dude - shits killing me. Maybe I need to stop working on tunes at night - mind may still be too active when I go to bed.

I noticed that if I got to bed right after a evening of Halo (sp or MP) i sleep alot better, especially if its co-op. Weird huh.
When I use to have issues sleeping I would put on my head phones and play Manowar or Techno.

That is weird. I'm normally so amped after a good game session I avoid playing too close to sleep time. Weekends don't matter, but in the week, yeah. I would normally listen to music if I struggle to sleep, usually classical, although last night I opted for a documentary about Megalodons.

I'm doing an orchestral intro for my mates band. Lost some of it yesterday because fking builders shut off the power without telling me. So last night I had to catch up plus do some new stuff.

I think it may have something todo with creativity. If I write and then climb into bed I sleep like shit and normally have really bizaar dreams. Playing Halo or something else doesn't really stimulate the same side of the brain, mindless fun comes to mind.

Percussion we'll probably do live, but the instruments themselves are from sample libraries. Hows your track coming along?

Nice, I finished it. Want to get another one on the go, bit more refined this time though. I am getting back into my drumming, playing every night now.

Good re the drums , seriously thinking about soundproofing and getting an acoustic kit again. Are you playing the drums on the tracks too?
