Why no sick leave?

Used all of it during the wisdom tooth extraction mission. Ours doesn't accrue, we get six days flat. All though Im sure I could pester them if im really screwed.

Shit Only 6 days? i thought the law stated u get 30 days over a 3 year period.

Actually they where just arranging to get M the patches, there was no actual WOW speak.

Yep - our contracts differ though to the normal workers and so forth, but they're usually pretty lenient. I mean if you're sick, you're sick.

I see. Companies do that, I mean i have a few sick leave abusers here. Thing that really grinds my nuts is the doctor, our own doctor, will give a staff member who isn't all that sick 3 days sick leave. But when I got to them, hostly fucking near death, they just pop me a few pills. Dont even offer a sick note.

30 days of sick leave is a damn lot. I remember studying the Employment Conditions Act last year and I think it is just over 6 days per year... but that all depends on how long you've worked there and what kind of employment contract you have signed.
