And yea I was sad Province lost, but the Sharks deserved that one, they just played a better game overall. And that kid who kicked for them Patrick Lambie (i think it was him) he was pretty amazing!

I sorted out the annual leave for this year and the one guy is sitting in -24.5 days which he owes to the company, he's addiment that hes not in a negative status and I told him I went through it twice to double check and he is... Now he threw his toys and I sat him down and was like sorry boet u owe the company a month!! and ja he got all agro with me so I told him if he doesnt like it then he must go to the partner, I'm just doing my job...

yeh well he took something like 28 days of study leave 16 days of sick leave and 1 day of compassionate which didnt count as comp leave because it wasnt direct family...

I am over staff management. I dont think I am the right person for this kind of job. Im over fighting with people to get them to pull their fingers out of their asses or to simply do their jobs. I am over having my work stand still coz I have to fall in when ever someone else isn't here. Over kla, done.

Don't worry dude, I have also realised I am not the mad for my job. Starting to fucking hate life. I will be looking for something new first thing next year.
