No dude I promise, it's like they are lost or something, always driving like turtles.. But yes, tis slower here in the beautiful Mother City. You gotta take some time to admire the existent scenery. (see what I did there
Well I must admit, I like how people drive in Joburg. Noone driving slow, people getting out of your way etc. Only thing that's a bit overboard is sometimes some jocky decides to overtake you in the "geel streep" at night
