Hopefully. My parents lawyer and advocate (advocate since its high court) are very optimistic and the family advocates, which had to supply reports on both parental parties, where very positive in my brothers favor. Also her legal representation, which is free legal aid, advised her that if the family advocates where positive in our favor they would not be supplying her with an advocate to represent her. SO we are hopeful, luckily the family advocates where very clear that he, my nephew, should not be moved from where he is currently which is with my brother and my parents.

Yeah well last time the bitch just stood up in court and put on her "poor little me" act and got the case postponed. Hopefully this wont happen again. This time we have different lawyers who seem to know what they are doing.

Yeah I also have it on PC but as with ALL PC sp's I play I lost interest, Its werid hey, I can't seem to finish a SP game on PC but give it to me on Xbox and I always finish it.

I don't really want to play the expansion on PC either, so I think I might just get the ultimate edt for xbox.
 
Talk to Stephan he will give you the low down since i think he got it on xbox as well. But yeah when the game was released I remember all the bad stuff I have read of da on the xbox.
