You know what really brightens up a person's day? When on the first day of the new month, a day that is only overshadowed in importance to the last day of the month, half your staff decide coming to work is optional.

Here is an extract of the conversation I will be having with them upon their return...
"I will now accept your resignations as it would appear that you no longer have any desire to work at......"

Fuck them, the company, the world and everybody on this miserable little planet.

Thats probably post payday "family emergency" leave? Thats what the okes here pulled all the time. So I made a new rule that any leave taken immediately after payday is unpaid. And it stopped very quickly.
