I think it is a love hate movie and most people won't get it. Its highly stylized, like Watchmen or 300 but instead of an adaption this is an original piece by Zack Snyder. I'll very keen to see it.

Underwhelming. Ok-ish but it could have been so much more. Characters when 1 dimensional and fell into too many chicles. But does do a good job of showing how we would get our asses kicked if a alien race suddenly invaded.

I reckon the alien wouldn't want to make contact with us, we are still way to primitive to accept that we are not the most intelligent life in the universe. Even i they where peaceful we will no doubt start conflict with them and try and steel their tech.
