Dude I used to work in Laub Str and ja we saw some awesome shit there too hahaha... We also saw the shoot out between the SAPS and Metro :p
 
We had a guy that wanted to jump off his balcony once. The cops went to the roof and rapelled down above while others kept him busy. It was actually quite epic.

Dude Reverse Psychology!! Start a betting pool on the pavement, gather around R1000 and then when the oke is about to jump, tell him you will give him R1000 not to jump and then when he comes down and you won the bet, count the cash and tell the oke to fsck off and go jump off a building because you just won the bet that he wouldnt jump roflmao :p
