Its pretty easy missm.

Transfering the mobo is pretty straight forward, un screw it, make sure everything is unplugged, place it in the new case, line it up and screw it in.

With the thermal paste, also very easy. Just un clip the old heat sink, pretty straight forward, then put a pea size drop of paste in the middle of the chip and put the new cooler on. The hardest part could be the clips, some of them are painful. ** Change the coolers before you screw the mobo into the new case. Place it on something soft.

Plug everything back in and you are done.

Just make sure you plug the cases power, reset and HDD cables in the correct places, but it should all be marked.
