Suddenly Im glad I forgot my umbrella in the car! No rain when I left for lunch, pouring down when I came back - visibility is almost zero due to the heavy rain. Thankfully I drive in suburbs so not much traffic to deal with. Its the only thing I hate about winter - people forget how to drive!

And during lunch time did the stretch and crunches as advised by the doc and physio for my back. borrowed a small gym bench from a friend so I can do it on an incline so as to relieve some pressure. Ironically I couldnt get up from the exercises - thankfully our cleaning lady was home and helped me up again

Heya Wyvern sounds bad, sorry had to laught got the picture of a turtle on his shell trying to get up.

The one thing I hate about it raining is people forget that its wet and drive like its dry weather. Love driving in the rain though.
