I really dont know what Im gonna do with him anymore, he's slowly but surely pushing the limits of my idiot meter. That kind of discussion happens daily these days. Fortunately dad gave him hell this morning for being such a slow worker. Hes got over 20 years of experience, the last 10 in Ireland. Dad just told him hes in SA now and he cant slack anymore, if he doesnt start working faster hes not gonna last. It took him a week to do drawings of a balcony that is now going to be covered with a roof and some sliding doors. That kind of work shouldnt take him more than 3 hours. . .

So here I am, "testing the firewall and proxy server that has been set up on our newest line. I have been told to "go wild" online.
 
Nope. I don't have any interest at looking at prawns.....or homo sapiens in his or her naked state. If I really wanted to look at naked apes, I'd visit a zoo. ;)

Dude: The microwave isnt working
Me: whats wrong with it?
Dude: Its not heating up my food
Me: It was working 20mins ago when one of the other ladies heated up her food.
Dude: I know I just dont know why its not doing anything (Keep in mind I can hear the micro working)
Me: Fine let me grab my magic wand (I swear I want one just to moer ppl with)
I get to the microwave - see the fault immediately.
Me: Did you put the microwave on low heat?
Dude: No I didnt
Me: Well someone did cos that is why its not doing much (put the thing on high temp again and start heating his food)
Dude: Oh that button! I thought that was a timer. . .

I just walked away.

mine decides to update things on our report system and then other times she doesnt and when i ask her why she's looks at me with the blank blue eyes.....and she still after 6 weeks does not get what the difference is between a Correspondent and a Client and a Policyholder....oh and did i mention i think she is throwing away all my faxes and e-mails and saying i didnt give her anything....

im just not made to teach honestly....
 
When she does well reward her! I did it at one of my old jobs :P Kept smarties in a drawer and everytime she did well she got some!

What? Wait ... that line just flatly contradicts itself you know. I swear 80% of the population do nothing but slack off. A solid portion of them staff Unisa.

Wenz - it really worked!

Shadow - Unfortunately this isnt a company for slackers - dad fires them after 3 warnings. He cant tolerate slow workers and slackers. He did the guy a favour by hiring him, he used to work for my dad years ago. Apparently back then he caused some kak as well. As it is, Im waiting for him to go out so that I can install Netlimiter on his pc so I can keep track of what hes doing. Since he started we are using 2 times as much data. . .

Who knows.... was probably the same ppl who broke into the building twice sofar this year...only things taken was a paper shredder that belongs to a car insurance company and now recently a computer box and 1 laptop.... nothing else was taken
