I'm just dealing with a load of bs though, with incompetent people, which isn't fun. But otherwise not bad

I can relate - only in my case the incompetent people are my clients - and their incompetence is focused around their hearing especially.

Yeah, our clients also :/. Plus some of the other ISPs in this country hey.. I'm not even going to comment.

Good thing I just averted an epic disaster with one of our bigger clients. They were sold a solution that WILL NEVER WORK so at least I'm sparing myself the opportunity of standing in front of them going "Um...lol, this won't work" after they have been told it can! LOL
