We just got our first Business Telkom line and my boss is not happy lol says our bill is R7k and this is after the R4200 Deposit we had to pay to have the lines installed.....now this bill is going to become my baby as i have to find out why they charged us for x and y..... *SIGH*

Good luck tho :S Its no fun trying to deal with them. Ive been trying to get them to drop our line speed from 4 to 3mb since for some reason I get dropped every now and then. We just loose internet for about 5 mins and then its back on. WebAfrica has no idea but investigated for me over a week and the fault is not with them. So hey ho hey ho off to telscum I go.
