It's simple.

First you invite the bloke that made the ceiling to low. Then you invite the bloke you're gonna get to fix it. Then you cut off the head of the bloke #1 in front of bloke #2 - because bloke #1 is obviously an idiot and you're doing the world a service by reducing the number of idiots and cleaning the gene pool.

It also serves as an object lesson for bloke #2 - he definitely won't make the same mistake and he probably won't charge you because you scared the shit out of him :p
