me too, untill i found an illegal online stream of the RWC game, coudl watch on SS because it seems the work block all video on the SS site, the funny thing was the dude streaming was using a webcam to stream what he was streaming, LOL, none the less it killed some time

any plans for the fishies this weekend?
 
Im hoping that the LFS will have sourced my new 24W T5 bulbs in a dayglo white and a blue bulb - 10 000 Kelvin rating so then I just need to bribe a brother to change the fittings on my current lights to accommodate that and I will have stunning plant growth (Im hoping no algae flareup)

Otherwise taking it easy and watch the F1 so that I can laugh at the idiot Lewis and go mad for Vettel and Alonso :P

i just threw in another anti algae tablet to keep the black algae away, i hate the black algae....some of my tetra's are getting a "pentz" now, the one has looked pregnant for months now and the grass + the Amazonian are growing like crazy, the grass actually killed the other Amazonian, most post pics sometime :)
 
YeaI wanna see some pics!

I have to be honest I havent had an algae problem at all since Ive started the tanks. But I think with the stronger lights I might get a flare up of some kind. I must also remember to go get some frozen brineshrimps from my lfs. I have/had a couple of ghost shrimps in my big tank but I saw one of the betta females with a shrimp tail in her mouth yesterday so not sure if I have any shrimps left :S But want to suplement their food with the brineshrimps and see if that keeps these girls happy :D

Jislaaik my boss can let us go home ffs - he is sitting on RC Heli forums chatting whilst I could have gone home!

i brought some shrimp for my tank, they were difficult to spot but did their thing for a few months, then they just dissapeared......i think they pleco is the culprit
 
Fokken Telkom maintanance on my exchange the whole fuckin' night and I'm too lazy to drive 50 kms to go out tonight...fml :(
