@ Wyvern i see youre getting back into the gym, seriously tho, now thats summers coming up, everyone is coming to the gym :(
 
@Ogs I havent stopped the gym :D I always go 3 times a week (but lately have been taking the dogs for long walks - 45mins up and down the hills here at the woofs jogging pace) as well as the pilates 3 times a week. The only day I dont do some form of exercise is Sundays - I demand a rest day :P
