Man I am not a happy camper, they have pissed the wrong oke off.

My iMac screen is screwed, take it back today and no they want to send it away for 10days for assessment and then they will make a call but will probably repair it. I through a fit in store, wanted to smash the managers front teeth out! :mad:

Indeed. Only when you start getting harregat and give them uphill do they concede that there is something wrong with the product/service. A lot of people don't do that and get screwed in the process.

Not even 2 months. Thats the part that is burning my ass. If it was 6 months or a year old, fine I will be pissed, but just take it and fix it. But not even 2 months old, come one. GTFO!
