Thought you were done having emotional trauma with The Walking Dead game? Five bucks says: Think again!

400 Days adds an extra episode's worth of content to The Walking Dead's first season, split into story threads following 5 brand new characters over the first 400 days of the Zombie apocalypse - characters whose stories you can experience in any order, stories which occasionally intertwine and overlap as they progress. Most importantly though, not only will your save data from Season 1 have an impact over certain aspects of 400 Days, but save data for 400 Days will ultimately be imported into Season 2 when it comes out later this year - so think twice before swapping to a different platform for future TWD!


The Walking Dead: 400 Days costs $5, or 400 SpaceBucks/MSP on Xbox Live, and as DLC rather than a standalone game, requires a purchase of The Walking Dead Episode 1: A New Day in order to play (Although if you've somehow got Episode 1 and want to get this without having owned/played Episode 2, 3 and 4... what is wrong with you. Go play The Walking Dead!). Here's the release breakdown:

Tuesday, July 2nd: North American PSN
Wednesday, July 3rd: PC/Mac (Steam, or direct from Telltale Games)
Friday, July 5th: Xbox Live (Worldwide)
Wednesday, July 10th: European PSN
Thursday, July 11th: iOS (Worldwide)
 
Me too - This game was just brilliant - I want to get State of Decay but 1600ms points is duur :/
 
Well that came out of left field. Didn't expect anything more for the Walking Dead Telltale version.
 
Ah ffs... Wasn't bringing me to tears in the first one enough? Oh well probably have to get it seeing as though this will impact seasons 2.
 
Not yet, should actually DL it this weekend - didn't get a chance to take my xbox to a place with a internet connection.
 
Played it and meh. Very short,maybe a hour and a half's gameplay. Its basically just a filler for the characters. Now bear in mind the only main thing you'll be doing is choosing between dialogue options. Don't buy at full price.

i bought Walking Dead during the Steam summer Sale and must say i am quite enjoying it. will determinately be getting the dlc

Just want to point out its a whole cast of new characters. Might be better to get it with the walking dead season 2?
 
Details about the second season of TellTale Games’ ‘The Walking Dead’ land just in time for Halloween.

TellTale Games is planning to reveal new details about Season 2 of its episodic zombie game this week.

The announcement is coming Tuesday at noon PST, just in time for Halloween!
