Ahhwww that is such a shame! I am usually not a fan of jogging/running at all. but this is fun!

Ya the fact that you have the obstacles gives you a nice break from constant running... Where is the last one? Smuts se huis?

Nope, it moved. i did the one at Smuts, and the one at Red barn.
This one is at some Zebra Lodge

O ok cool, I found the most challenging, and yet most enjoyable, was the one at Herties, at Red Stone... That run around the mountain though... That hill to the top is a killer...

I wanted to do that one very much! But couldn't for some reason :(
 
im not doing the #8 this year...will start again next year. my fiance will be doing the Commando solo. will see how he goes cause he does no cardio at all
