Thinking of getting a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate

Hi all,

I need some advise. I want to get a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate keyboard. As far as mechanical keyboards goes, this is one of few that I have played with. There isn't really a shop where you can go and play around with mechanical keyboards. So, I only experienced a few. And from the few that I played with, the Razer felt the most comfortable for me.

Now what I need to know is, does Razer have support in South Africa? If something goes wrong with the keyboard, what's the process for a warranty claim? Any other thoughts?

I got me a Razer Blackwidow (not ultimate, think main difference is the LED's hehe) 2nd hand over a year ago. Still going strong, and not only I, but my gf have grown accustomed, even fond of the noise it makes hehehe. So definitely a solid choice.

Dunno about actual official support though :/
