This sucker was there facing west in morning of Sat then in the afternoon he was facing east.

Just a bridge further down another one was setting up his camera.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I had to for this.

They have painted out all the asshole signs, but on my way to work this morning, I was driving on the N1 North, under Grosvenor rd, and there was a traffic cop sitting there trapping, and above his head, where they had painted out the asshole, someone's written "Still a asshole", with the arrows like the old sign.

Damn but I laughed.

Ja true... I mean what would we become if we started doing things like germany?

More accidents are caused by unroadworthy cars, unlicensed drivers, drunks and people on their cellphones rather than speeding. In all those cases the speeding only made things worse and were not the cause.

They should put their effort into stopping those and not so much into finding people going slightly over the ridiculously slow limits that some roads have.

But that is not the fault of the speedcop on the side of the road... their fault is hiding away so that they catch more people and a month later that person feels upset that he has to fork up money and not that he was speeding as the punishment is dislocated from the crime by then!!!!!!!!
