SEGA took over Company of Hero's so why couldn't they do Warhammer when THQ went QQ ?

no one grabbed the warhammer license from what I can recall.

The thing is if its not done right they not all that good. Relic has done the best job possible though the guys behind total war are going to be making a warhammer fantasy game thats a lot like total war which will work for warhammer fantasy.

as far as I know, the w40k rights went with Relic when Sega bought them.
