I was thinking of making a personalised cookie for father's day.

two different doughs: one choc, the other plain, but with added choc chips. roll out into rectangles(some out of choc dough, others out of choc chip dough). use alphabet cookie cutter and cut out _____ (child's name) loves daddy.

swop the letters out (ie take choc dough and place cut out letters in choc chip dough, and choc chip dough gets put into choc dough). Bake, and maybe as an added bonus (will see how much cash I've got) smear the bottom of the cookie with melted choc

what do you guys think?
