I can't check forums, but essentially:

You can buy Timecards for $29 with a credit card,

or buy them from ingame for about 650mil, and sell them for real cash

IE $29 = 650mil

There are guys ingame with over 50billion, the biggest group having an estimate of over 300trillion (which when there was a shitstorm about it - worked out to 9% of the entire game economy)
