LOL you brave man..Your always doing something phsyical over the weekends..wich isn't bad but just thinking about the amount of driving you do during the week makes me feel ill..I reckon you should take a brake!!

Nah, I need to get active again - too much vegging lately.

Get your mate a voucher for a full body massage. It's kind of gay to go for one by yourself, but if your mates gave you a voucher then it's pretty much their seal of approval + you can't let a voucher go to waste. Another thing, they aren't cheap - so its not a rip off prezzie either.

LOL your gonna laugh at this but that's what his girlfriend got him..They actually at the place now.
I was thinking of doing like a custom viper exhaust system on his car for his birthday.
