I don't really like the spare rib on pizza ..... it comes across as tinned dog food chunks IMOBut in a pie sounds yummy ....... dammit, now I feel like pies.
Actually, I'm inclined to agree. Only one place I have ever been to has successfully pulled off a spare-rib pizza. Although, to be honest, haven't heard of many places doing it.
I'm not exactly sure what it was they did, but it seemed as though the spare-rib meat was added AFTER the pizza was made, so it was just... sublime. (Ugh... mouth... watering...)
The pies are really fantastic
/me goes off to put together a bowl of Milo cereal.
