Well ordering the few is fucked up when you dealing with a bunch of people who dont seem to give a crap about their jobs.

I really dont want to give the woman another writen warning but she isn't exactly making it easy.

I've already given her one not even 2 months ago. I understand why she was not at work, he baby was sick "apparently" but still there are procedures. I dont think i was build to manage staff. I dont like the fact that i have to play police man the entire fucking time.

lol @ MH and syco

ok, whilst hanging up washing, I thought of this:

I have a piece of open cement next to sandpit. It was intended to be painted by myself with a road (been done) and some houses, shops, school etc. But I just never get round to finish it. And I have lost my inspiration for it, as it looks to unrealistic. Ok, sure, the kids won't mind. But still.

So, I have thought of this: Get about 4 pieces of hardboard that will cover the surface area. Make houses, school etc basic forms out of hardboard. Buy play dough. Roll out and bring on any detail (like lines to give impression of bricks etc). Use different coloured clay for the windows, door, roof, etc. Leave to dry. Glue together and then glue onto hardboard house. Glue onto "floor". Grate green clay to resemble grass. Make flowers and trees. Varnish everything with a clear varnish to last longer.
