Level 1 = Frigate/Destroyer
Level 2 = Cruiser
Level 3 = Battlecruiser/ T3 cruiser (too big a risk in my opinion)
Level 4 = Battleship

Oh not at all...PVP comes out of your pocket every time
Brutix + insurance = 30mil... + fittings ~ 50mil total
