I took a walk up to Hemingways before going to Vincent Park.
I see that a few more shops have opened and that the mini food court is coming along nicely.

I had the same problem trying to quotes for a PC I had specced a few years back.
Local computer businesses were not exactly falling over themselves to take my money.
This is when I starting searching for and buying my toys online.
