Lol, actually, I was the one that could not handle them :o
Like I said, it was an epic fail on my part.

Well I know that in their TK damn those okes ripped me to shreds for asking one little question.... I just thought damn im never going back into there again

Well yeh as you say either the parts weren't of normal standard or didnt replace them properly... they have been known to do something like that... but as i say check ur maintenance plan... because they could also be ripping you off... check another VW garage and see what they say on it.... but if you hear scraping, squeeking etc.... then ur brakes will definitely have to be replaced and make sure the disks also get skimmed properly because if they aren't then that can also cause ur brakes to wear out quicker...

No squeaking or scraping. My problem is, when I brake on a downhill, the steering wheel shudders, sometimes very violently. That's what happened last time, and the brakes needed replacing. Same deal again.

It's out of the motor plan (75 000km). Also, the warranty period on the brake discs was one year. They couldn't take my car in in April, so I'm 2 weeks out of the warranty period.

All newcomers get that :). Dixie still does :p
It's not a bad bunch of people once you get to know 'em.

the roush pisses over the stupid saleen.

The kit on that thing is awesomely puurdy.

Quoted for truth!!! They had some Saleens there as well, but none of them could touch the Blackjack.

That is one shexy car i tell you :D damn i wouldnt mind giving a kidney for one of those :D

You must see it in real life man, it's awesome. Only 100 built a year. 99 of which is available since Jack Rouse takes one for himself. :D He actually signs the dash of each of them. Bit corny, but it doesn't look too bad.

They can scim (don't know how to spell) the discs and replace the brakepads, this will fix the problem. scimming is normally something like R200/disc and brake pads aren't so expensive either...

Lol, yes, their TK can be violent and there are some peeps there that I would love to rip a new arsehole :)

But there are extremely funny guys and girls in there that will help out as well. But their TK is NOT the place to ask questions :)

Skim?

They tell me the brake pads need to be replaced as well. R1500 for that is not expensive?
