I was just reading that thread, its ridiculous.... my mom had the same prob witha company similar to that one. But she did download something from them once and then they suddenly decided to make it a subscription.

i had to phone them 3 times and send them a letter before they finally stopped billing her...
 
nm still working, saai, well not working, converted a VHS of our company's 1984 xmas function to dvd and ripping that atm, i mean jeez i was a tadpole back then

Im still working too, running thought every macro i wrote to make my job a breez to make sure it runs fine for when i handover the reins on wednesday.
