My dad is in IT so i know how he treats his Techies. Women on the otherhand you have to handle with a little more guile and finesse. If you swear or tell them to GTFO they will just clam up and start crying then take their handbangs and GTFO. then i sit with my thumb up my.... as i need every staff member i have.

yeh thats true i guess... but i guess u gotta put it straight forward and make sure they follow the rules :rolleyes: :)
 
sounds like your staff likes to chatter too much (whether with each other or on the phone). I think that is straight to the point. and it shouldn't offend anyone

LoooooooooL! Trust me ive worked in a reception envirmoment for a long time. Women are overly emotional and weird when it comes to meetings. I hate it when they cry, fsking making me feel like the bad guy.

I would think it extremely unprofessional for anyone, women included, to burst into tears in the work environment.
Then again, when you do articles, you get exposed to all levels of abuse and you learn to take it :rolleyes:

Yeah i think thats why ur use to it. As for the medical industry especially reception staff. Love to turn on the water works. And if u nail them then they say ur sexist. Luckily im the only man so there is now way i can be sexist.
