When we talk about Level 3 or 4 or 2 or 1 its the mission level. 1 = piss easy solo, where as 4 = tought for 2 ships but easier the larger your fleet. Me and OC fleet up to do missions. Makes it go quick quick.

Well as Eve don't have Character levels the best way would be to say is i can run Lv 3 missions comfortably and OC can handle lv4's as long as he has another ship to back him up.

The only time players refer to tech level of equipment is:

Tech 1 (Meta level 1)
Named Tech 1 (Meta level 2-4)
Tech 2 (Meta 5)
Faction (Meta 6)
I'm not sure what deadspace classifies as

OC i wrestled up a fit in EFT where my Mega can permarun 2 LAR II's pushes Active Armor Tanking up to just shy of 500 Dps.
