Just had a nice, elevated, rant at my staff member who didn't pitch on Friday. Basically told her if she stays away from work again with out my permission she doesn't have to come back.

I hate people and the managing of them.

I hate people and the managing of them.

I would love to do that... if i had to manage staff members i wouldnt have any sympathy i would tell them straight if they dont come right they are fscked lol... obviously keeping in mind deaths and all those things...
