Guyz I need help. Got an Mweb Billion Bipac 7401vgp router and i would like to add my new afrihost as a second, alternate isp to it. Any idea's how i would do this?

They are, im looking for a way around it. Stefan said he setup a PPPoE Dailup on their router and he has mweb so i assue he found someway around it.

you can try this and see -
Control Panel > Network Connections > Create a new Connection > Connect to the internet > Setup manually > Connect using a broadband connection that requires a username and password > Name the ISP > Enter details
