<- 102 and growing ... I don't sell... Ever :D

I'm still trying to get my hands on old titles that I once had but were sort of "lost" amidst friends as a kid.

I love games and books, although my book collection isn't quite as formidable. I like looking back at them and remembering the moments I loved and being able to replay them whenever I want and be able to call them mine :3

There are a few things I want... I'm desperate for an original copy of Planescape: Torment, Arcanum: Of Steamworks & Magick Obscura and a while back the third disc of my Divine Divinity stopped working.... Umm... There's also Pool of Radiance, Soulbringer.... An original of Starcraft and its expansions would be awesome too... There are a few others I can't quite recall off the top of my head :p
 
I never played Planescape :( Divine Divinity I played but only briefly and I still haz Arcanum ....... Starcraft is teh pooh and I don't know what Soulbringer and Pool Of Radiance is :D

Planescape - there are very few games which I think of as a 10/10... I kind of judge a game by its story, its depth, its enjoyability, how interesting it is, its novelty and how emotional it gets me :p 10/10 Means that one or more of the following occurred during playing it: Screamed, cried, freaked out and/or bounced up and down in my chair. It also means that I spent at least a week completely and utterly depressed after having completed it.

Plansecape and Gothic 2 are the only games I've ever played that I've given 10/10 to. They were games that just "spoke" to my very core...

*siiiigh* Risen comes close, so far it's a 9/10 for me, but it needs a much bigger world, more cities and NPCs and quests and stuffs, but it's close. I'm leaning closer to 8.5 because it feels "shorter" than I would've liked because of that, but I'll see once I've finished it.

I love games :o

I gave it an 8.5. There were too many bugs and some things felt half-finished. However, it was superb :) I bought Silverfall a few years ago since I (mistakenly) assumed it was an attempt in the same vain... Boy was I wrong. What a tragedy.

I miss Interplay, Troika and Black Isle - they made such interesting games... They weren't perfect, but they were genuinely thought-provoking and always tried to step beyond the simple conformity of most games of those times...

*sigh*
 
Had a decent enough weekend. Could have been better but hey. Finished WET and got Windows 7 working on Mah Desktop PC.

I got the RTM version of Ultimate so its still 32bit but once it retails ill get it. win7 is pretty sweet.

WET was good. Busy with a review, maybe tinman will have it up in the week and the rest of you can read about it.:p
