Sigh... My Ati HD5870 that I ordered through Prophecy when they said their supplier had stock, just got delayed again... I can't play any games except Warcraft 3 cause my stupid 4850 keeps rebooting my system 5 minutes into anything other than War 3, and my reckoning is that it has something to do with the after-market cooler that I put on the thing, thus negating my warranty. FML

Yeah, a straight reboot. No freeze before-hand, no BSOD, no error message when Windows restarts... This started happening when I started using the Windows 7 RC, that's just occurred to me now. Perhaps therein lies the problem? Regardless, I just want my damn 5870 now! I went to Rage to try and get one, without any luck, ordered the next day from Prophecy when they said they had stock and now a week later it gets delayed again...

Brother had the same problem where his games would restart turned out to be drivers that where messing around after a few reinstalling and tinkering games worked again. * His drivers where too new and when we put the cd that came with the GPU all worked well again. this was windows xp so yeah might be windows 7 thats causing the problem.
